There are hundreds of franchise consulting businesses that work with the FBA. Let us teach them to sell your business. When you list with the FBA, you are given training and support, a wealth of benefits and tools, and the opportunity to market directly to the top consultants in the industry. We assist you in reaching out to our members, through presentations and direct communication campaigns.
We also provide training from leaders in the field, including franchise law, sales and industry seminars. Through our high-profile affiliations, we are able to provide franchisors with the resources to further develop and grow their concepts. Our mission is to make this Association beneficial for all involved, brokers, consultants, clients and franchisors.
As an FBA Franchisor, you are helping our members effectively market your concept to their clients. Being listed with the FBA allows members to actively search for your concept in our database, based on specific selling points that appeal to their clients.
Once you become a member you will have 24-hour access to your account, allowing you to update and manage all content about your business within our site. You will also have the opportunity to present your concept to our members, via recorded webinar, to properly educate them on the details of your concept.
We feel that developing our franchisor partners is an integral part of the consulting process. Therefore we go above and beyond to ensure your experience with our members goes beyond satisfactory. We do this by providing the benefits and features listed below, and equipping the consultants with a plethora of information and training for each franchisor.
We develop an extensive listing for our Featured Franchisors. Profiles include financial terms, background, training, publicity, images, resale information, testimonials, territory availability and more. We provide the ability to add a great deal of media, promotional and marketing materials to the franchisor listing. By including additional materials for the members to further understand your franchise, you are helping them to better qualify a potential candidate for your concept.
Each profile is linked to a database that allows FBA broker members to search our extensive Franchise Listing Service ( FLSSM) to accurately match their client on 55 various search criteria with the best possible franchise system for them.
Franchisor profiles are accessible 24 hours a day via exclusive log-in information. Updated information will be reflected immediately on the franchisor profile.
FBA provides its members with Client Information Sheets on each franchise concept. Client Information Sheets are linked to the franchisor profile, ensuring each time it is downloaded the Information Sheet is reflective of the current data on the profile. The Information Sheet is branded with your logo and contains necessary facts to present the concept to the client, without divulging sensitive information.
Your concept will appear in two locations:
1. Within the FBA Members site. The FBA will design a franchise consultant targeted advertisement that will run inside the FBA Members site. This ad extracts key information vital to franchise brokers, such as selling points, commissions, opportunities, etc. Because our members are searching for franchise concepts within our website, this is the perfect time to make them aware of your business.
2. Within our Members’ websites. Each consultant that goes through the FBA Initial Training is provided an FBA integrated website. Each website contains information and logos of featured franchisors which provide additional exposure to both the consultants and their clients.
We offer quarterly Direct-to-Client webinars. This format allows franchisors to educate the brokers on their concept, while directly exciting the brokers’ clients. The FBA provides marketing materials to the brokers to encourage client attendance and to inform potential franchisees of upcoming presentations. If the broker or client is unable to attend the live webinar, each webinar is recorded and posted to the franchisor’s profile.
Franchisors provide FBA Franchisor Relations Department with an email campaign to be sent to FBA broker members. FBA will then distribute to our hundreds of broker members. Campaigns can include information on your concept, announcements, links to useful resources and presentations, as well as contact information. Interested franchise consultants will contact you directly so that you may form direct relationships with our members.
Our blog and social media are read by member and non-member brokers, as well as the general public searching for information on franchising. We offer opportunities to write guest blog posts, submit announcements and provide information links to get posted to our accounts. This encourages buzz to be built around your brand and increases interest in your concept.
