Senior Magazine

Since 2006, SENIOR Magazine has successfully been bringing top professionals to its targeted, local-market readers, those 50 and older with middle-to-upper level incomes.  About 70% of our production is direct mailed into the homes of middle to upper income baby boomers.

It is no secret that these individuals make up one of the fastest growing segments of the population. They need and welcome quality health and wellness, legal and financial, and lifestyle information.

SENIOR Magazine advertisers, who also contribute their educational and informative articles to the full-color pages of our premier publication, align themselves with an elite company that helps them effectively reach large numbers of potential clients—and at a very affordable cost that is much less than either direct mail or placing ads in local newspapers.

SENIOR Magazine offers its franchisees the opportunity to be an important asset serving seniors in their local communities while working from home part time and supplementing their income with a single market, or establishing a new fulltime career developing multiple markets in their area.

No publishing experience is required.  Our franchisees handle B2B advertising sales and customer relations; we handle all design, editing and production of the magazine.  Our franchisees have the ambition to succeed, enjoy meeting and working with top professionals in their area, would want to work from home at their own pace, and want to provide an educational and informative service to the people in their community.

SENIOR Magazine offers a total investment of less than $60,000, require only $75,000 in net worth and provide an Item 19 (an Earnings Claim).

“I have been blessed to own my own business since 1983.  I understand the sacrifice and dedication required to be a business owner, as well as the rewards, freedom and satisfaction.  We provide a unique opportunity to own a true lifestyle business that can either be run part time to generate supplemental income, or full time to grow a great publishing business and income.  SENIOR Magazine is a great asset in the communities it serves, and working with top health care professionals is very rewarding.  With our proven system, no publishing experience is required.  We’re looking for dedicated individuals with great B2B sales skills and a desire to contribute to their community.  Our on-line virtual brochure makes presenting our concept very professional and easy.”
