Franchise Times ran two great articles on social media in this month’s issue.

The Everyman Uses Social Media column by Michael Seid, this one titled “How to find Face time and Link up without becoming a Twit,” is an honest account of his experiences (both good and bad, personally and professionally) with social media, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, et al.

Gina Dietrich wrote an interesting piece on her 2010 Social Media Predictions; predictions included the death of e-mail and Twitter, effective tracking of ROI in regards to social media and shifts to mobile payments. Read An expert’s social media predictions for the rest of 2010
