Hi there, from FBA’s Orlando HQ! I’m Garret Manno, the FTI Production Manager, ready to be your guide toward Advancing Human Potential.

Where do we even begin? With such an expansive topic, perhaps starting small would be a nice launch pad into this conversation.

In my opinion, Advancing Human Potential comes in many forms. I’d argue that by reading this article, taking time to learn, grow, and share with each other – we are, in a way, Advancing our Human Potential. Together we can accomplish a lot, individually, far less. That is what makes community so important, and here at FBA, we just call that family!

Certainly there are things we can do on an individual level that helps in advancing potential, but when exploring the perfect recipe doing this, collaboration is the main ingredient. We all have something unique to contribute to our community and if this article is mean to reflect just one thing about Advancing Human Potential it would be this:

Together We Stand & Divided We Fall

I firmly believe our human potential is limitless, only being stunted by our creativity to accomplish the change we want to create. I believe anyone is capable of accomplishing something they wholeheartedly commit to. Sure, there will be adversity on our journey toward accomplishment, but I’d argue that nothing worth achieving is easy to obtain and that this test of faith in the process is more-so just a test of your potential!

This is exactly what I do every day at FBA, helping professionals explore their fullest potential by joining our association as potential brokers and franchisees. Helping them learn, grow, and contribute to our industry helps advance our potential together, and together we can accomplish so much more…

So what does Advancing Human Potential really mean to me? I guess it means help you advance yours…Because together is better!
