The Advancement of Human Potential. Have you ever heard of this concept? Ever wondered what it means?

For the sake of remaining unbiased, I (the person writing this, with her own opinion on the matter) won’t give you a definition – because it means something a little different to everyone.

That’s the purpose of this series – to discover what the Advancement of Human Potential means to the people in our association, and then for you to discover what it means for yourself.

However, perhaps a touch of context won’t hurt.

FBA’s Founder and CEO, Sabrina Wall, talks quite a bit about the Advancement of Human Potential when meeting with people who consider joining the Franchise Brokers Association.

Typically, the professionals she meets with are prospective Franchise Brokers. The reason this concept is so important is because there’s a lot of responsibility in being a broker. They are facilitating deals that typically involve a large sum of money – that is, a buyer’s hard earned money. Therefore, things such as a broker’s mental state and motive are important considerations for our association.

Without giving too much away, someone who is after the Advancement of Human Potential is a person who is of a healed or healing nature. They seek their own elevation, and that of those they associate with.

This is one reason why not everyone who wants to be a part of the Franchise Brokers Association will be a good fit. This is also why we encourage you to read the perspectives of our team members, so you can determine if you fit the mold. And if not, maybe you’ll be inspired to reach for your own evolution.

So, come along as we find out the answers to the question, “What does the Advancement of Human Potential mean to you?”
