2016 is here and we are set to begin another exciting year in the franchise industry. As we move forward, the FBA would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our members for their continued support and participation through the years. Together we have made huge strides in what it means to be a franchise professional in today's marketplace. As an association, we are united in our mission to help our clients discover the perfect franchise opportunity so that they can make a meaningful impact for their families and community. It's a journey that is always growing and continually developing to new heights.
As a company we are focused on what's important to our members and providing them the tools they need to grow their businesses. Year after year we continually listen to our members and develop features and tools to make their lives easier. This past year the FBA has announced exciting partnerships with MaaS Pros and Zoracle  for the goal of furthering our mission even more. With these partnerships we are excited to begin one of our most dynamic years yet. Uniting science, technology, and industry insights together into a single solution is a big undertaking but we're looking forward to it!
As of January we've officially closed our invitation to participate, for free, in Zoracle's Top Performer Blueprint. Rebecca Monet is now hard at work collecting and analyzing the data of our participants. Once this is complete we'll be able to begin our integration between our franchise consultants' CRM/marketing automation software TieiT and the Zoracle SpotOn! assessments. This is just the beginning and over the course of the year will be rolling out several programs to help our membership capitalize on this data.
In fact we're using user experience, data, and feedback to guide our decisions in a whole new way.  We want to be sure that what we spend our time and resources on will have a meaningful impact and help you work more efficiently and ultimately close more deals. To achieve this level of transparency we look at user feedback, trend, and behaviors, never personal information or communications. Your business is just that, your business. Just as your earned commissions are 100% yours to keep.


FLS-ListViewFBAMembers.com FLS List View Display Mode Option
You may have noticed a few new additions to our FranLink System (FLS) if you've logged into FBAMembers.com lately. Through this new addition you'll now be able to switch the way your franchise results will be displayed. You can now switch between a list view that displays the franchise name as well as the investment range of the concepts or to the traditional detail view with concept logo and brief description.
Switching between the display modes after you've entered in all your filters will still keep your filtered results. This allows you to more quickly search through many concepts and view their investment range without diving into the full profile.

TieiT by MaaS ProsUpcoming TieiT Features in February

The official roll-out of TieiT is now upon us. We've been listening and working closely with our team at MaaS Pros to make the experience as good as it can be to transfer systems.
We solicited feedback from people who were leading this charge, and will continue to do so. Hearing their feedback led us to make a few updates and roll out a few new "quality of life" fixes.
Many of you have already made the switch, but if you haven't be on the look out in February for the beginning of out monthly webinars hosted by Jessica Rawlley. Her first is slated to begin this coming Monday on February 1st at noon ET. Click here to register for this event.
She's looking forward to working with everyone to ensure that you are getting the most out of the system and help you discover your niche and generate inbound leads.

  • Centralized Sent folder for all emails sent from your TieiT CRM
  • Get real-time notifications of leads viewing your sent emails and clicking on links you send from emails in your TieiT CRM
  • Personalization with merge tags is coming to your TieiT email canned / template emails
  • We improved the Customized Sales Pipeline feature to make it more intuitive to minimize clicks and increase your efficiency
  • These are just some of the features that will be released in TieiT over the next few weeks.

We have been working very hard on some other updates as well that we are really excited about. We will be sending out information about those updates as the release date nears but we are confident that the wait will be worth it!
