Are you tired of the traditional exhibitor hall and trade show layout? Well, so are we! At our annual Conference this year (which is less than a month away) we are saying, out with the old and in with the new.

We know your time is valuable, that’s why we want to maximize your connections and introduce you to our Scheduled Inventory Meeting Time. During these allotted sessions we have personalized schedules for every Broker and Franchisor that attends.

You will receive your personalized schedules two weeks in advance and again one week in advance via email so you can download it on your phone. Once at Conference and signed in at the registration desk, you will receive a hard copy of your schedule as well.

Brokers – your commitment and attendance during these sessions is highly valuable to our Franchisors. During this time you will have the opportunity to spend 5 minutes at each table and once the timer is up you will move to the next franchise brand. We will keep the time, the franchisors will present, your job is to make GOOD connections and ask as many questions as you can. Please make sure to:

  • Be on time and please do NOT schedule any conflicting meetings
  • Bring your business cards to hand out to franchisors and be entered into raffle giveaways.
  • Make sure to visit every booth and build connections

Franchisors – your commitment to FBA is greatly appreciated. During this time you will stay at your table and the Brokers will come to you. Please make sure to:

  • Have at least 1 rep at your table at all times
  • Sign your name on the brokers business cards as soon as they hand them to you to ensure no double entries
  • Make your brand pitch exciting and engaging

When the session time is up please mark down on your personalized schedule who the last person was that you spoke to so that way in the next session we can pick back up right where we left off.

If at any time during the event you lose your personalized schedule please see an FBA staff member and we will get a new one printed for you.

We can’t wait to network with you in new ways this year! See you all soon.
