Continuing our “People Among Us” series, we’re casting the spotlight on a very special member of our team. Meet Katey Bailin, FBA’s Office Manager and the maestro of processes who keeps us detailed and documented!

Katey started off at FBA making calls and pre qualifying leads. In this role, she quickly demonstrated her knack for improving our approach to processes and procedures. Her contributions are instrumental in fine-tuning the gears that move FBA forward, ensuring all we do is as efficient as possible… (don’t we all need ALL need a Katey?!)

But there’s more to her than the operational genius!

She is the tapestry of the many roles she embodies—a devoted wife, loving mother, daughter, innovative office manager, writer, creator, storyteller, and process enhancer. In her interview, which you can watch below, she reflects on the little joys of life, especially when it comes to family time.

With her husband, Alex Bailin, also part of the FBA family, and their daughter about to hit her terrific twos, Katey’s life is full of milestones that enrich her drive at work. Her laughter is a familiar tune in the office, especially when recounting her daughter’s infectious belly giggles. Motherhood, as she shares, has ignited a deeper sense of purpose and vitality within her.

Back to Business

Now looking back to the professional arena, Katey’s passion for processes shines through in how she manages to organize our operations. She finds satisfaction in creating order and structuring workflows that empower our team and enhance our delivery – she makes them fun to learn, too!

We are incredibly lucky to work with someone so poised for the role. Thank you, Katey – for all that you do to better us everyday!
