We have exciting news for our community. Amanda Vargas has been with the FBA for over a decade and continues to be an invaluable asset to our Broker Training Department and Franchise Sales Department. Today, we are delighted to announce her promotion to FBA’s Sales Director.

In her new role, Amanda will oversee all sales within the organization, including broker and franchisor memberships as well as driving rapid results with franchise sales as our team lead and in-house broker. Her extensive experience working closely with our community of brokers as well as her recognition as a multi-year member of the Million Dollar Broker club make her the perfect fit for this leadership position.

What does this mean for our brokers?

Amanda will continue her weekly mentoring sessions, ensuring that all insights and industry experience remain accessible to you. Her dual role in leadership and frontline mentoring ensures that your needs and concerns are heard and addressed. This is our priority.

Regarding the Franchise Training Institute, we are committed to diversifying our training staff by incorporating additional team members with substantial experience and unique perspectives. However, Amanda will continue to have some involvement with FTI, contributing her expertise to our training initiatives.

We look forward to the positive impact Amanda’s leadership will bring to the FBA and the continued success of all our current and future members.
