Sabrina Wall’s Take on Truly Awakening to the Advancement of Human Potential

I think I was running when I got the insight that our community is Advancing Human Potential. That’s where I regularly get the most clear insights. When my mind is emptied from the clutter of thoughts and I’m in the zone.

It was a moment where I could actually see, feel, and know the gravity of the impact that was occurring in our franchise community. The closest thing to explaining it would be an epiphany, or an awakening to a clarity that wasn’t available before. It was a massive moment. I could actually feel the sense of being on the edge of consciousness, and with this giant group of leading players, we were – arm and arm – stepping forward in a colossal movement toward wholeness. Epic.

I think it’s very easy to brush off or oversimplify that comment of Advancing Human Potential, but to truly awaken to its meaning, to truly understand the power behind the action, the force multiplier that comes with it and the wave of potential that its tapping into, is something very different.

We are part of something big, something healthy, and something that is lifting us to a higher level of evolvement as a species.  That something, is franchising. Franchising allows for franchise owners to be independent, free, supported, loved, honored and in a thriving community.

This industry pulls together a unique mix of dedication, heart, and value that quite literally brings the best out in people.  Because of the long term relationships and contracts in franchising, people have to find ways to work it out. Work through their differences and keep the relationship strong if they want to succeed. Couple that dynamic with the joint customer and supplier nature of both the franchisor to the pzee. The franchisee buys from the franchisor and the franchisor is dependent on the franchisee’s success for its own revenue.

Because of these democratic and unusual circumstances that franchising creates, you see new levels of entrepreneurial freedom available to people. Freedom in lifestyle, income, time, culture and just about every other freedom. You can see a pathway for people to advance their own potential, their lives, the lives of their families, employees and customers. You can see how people can intelligently select franchises that serve their long term and individual goals while having the infrastructure and support to spend time working on themselves, learning to lead, learning to follow and willing to push themselves into higher levels of existence.

Franchising done right – is such a beautiful work of art. And it is the catalyst for the Advancement of Human Potential. Something that we believe is the most important thing we can do in any given moment.
