Seva is back and better than ever with a new leader of development and exciting updates to their concept!

The old guard has been retired and the new gates are open.

We just spoke with Vas Maniatis, the cofounder, COO, and leader of Seva’s development team. They admittedly had a tough 2014 with the FBA Brokers in regard to communication and have since made major changes within their development department. Vas tells the FBA “Myself and my team will respond immediately to all inquiries as well as keep you fully in the loop on the engagement status of any client you send us. Call or email me at any time!”
This is pretty great news considering that he will be bringing all his years of experience and brand knowledge directly to potential candidates. Who better to help explain the new changes to the concept?
The FBA is happy to hear about the internal changes because this is essentially re-opening the possibilities of working closely with such a well-known and successful brand. Seva is constantly ranked in Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top 100 Fastest Growing, Top 25 New, & Top 500 Franchise categories. In addition, their earnings claim is very impressive. Who wouldn’t want a business that has a potential to earn 30%+ profit margin on Gross Revenue?
This is a simple, manager-run business model that doesn’t require salon or spa-specific experience in order to be successful. It’s perfect for candidates who want a semi-absentee business.

Live Validation Calls on This Week’s EMF!

One of the most important aspects of selecting a franchise is validation. This is where Seva soars above the competition, and the FBA is working directly with them to prove it to our members. This coming Monday, February 9th, our Executive Director, Sabrina Wall, will be conducting validation calls on our weekly Executive Mentoring Forum.
This means all brokers who attend will be able to hear these validations first-hand and provide their input and feedback on the call. Make sure you don’t miss this exciting meeting!

The New Seva Options

Seva is the pioneer of the fast-casual spa, but it had a reputation of only being available inside Walmart. Which was true in the past, but now the concept offers two options Seva Express™ and Seva Spa™.
They are providing an unlimited territory availability for both formats (with a full-fledged site selection team at no cost the the franchisee)!

Seva Express™

Seva Express™ is the quick-serve location that is generally located within retailers. With a floor plan approximately around 250-550 square feed without a separate spa room, this format focuses on providing services for brows and faces such as facial threading and waxing, eyelash extensions, eyebrow tinting and flash facials.

 Seva Spa™

Seva Spa™ is the larger, full-service format that does everything a spa would want. These change the typical format by being located within shopping centers, strip malls, and other traditional real estate environments. These studio spas are around 1200-1500 square feet and include multiple spa rooms.
For more information on Seva be sure to check them out on the web and visit their updated profile within FBAMembers.com
