The FBA is pleased to announce that Erbert & Gerbert has been added to our inventory as a Featured Concept!
Founded in 1988 in Eau Claire, Wis., Erbert & Gerbert’s Sandwich Shop is dedicated to serving better, more flavorful sandwiches than anyone else in the universe. The sandwich shop concept was based on childhood stories told by the founder’s father that centered on two imaginary boys, Erbert and Gerbert Herbert, who experienced adventures throughout space and time, meeting interesting characters along the way. Those 14 characters – including Halleys Comet, Jacob Bluefinger and Comet Morehouse – are now the names of the Erbert & Gerbert’s sandwiches.
Erbert & Gerbert’s 63 restaurant locations span the Midwest – in college towns, urban downtowns and rural centers – from Wisconsin to Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Colorado, Georgia– and now in Oregon. In addition to in-store dining, Erbert & Gerbert’s Sandwich Shops provide catering, delivery and Drive Thru options.
