Who doesn’t love a good pie? We’re not
talking the sweet kind of pie, but the good ‘ole American pizza pie that we all
crave from time to time. Well, you haven’t tasted a pie quite like Your Pie makes them. They are oh so fresh & delicious.
That’s what FBA Broker, Chris, thought the first time he visited the Clarkesville, GA Your Pie location. As a resident of Toccoa, GA it’s hard for Chris to find a good restaurant within a 30-mile radius of his home so he was pleasantly surprised when he found Your Pie in Clarkesville.
The Your Pie menu not only included freshly baked customized pizzas but also offers Paninis, chopped salads, gelato, and local craft beers. A total home run for this franchise concept.
So this story isn’t all about Chris and his love of pizza pie. It’s about the positive relationships that FBA brokers build with their clients each and every day. And how those relationships result in personal referrals of good FBA brokers.
The Referral That
Landed a 3-Pack Deal.
Chris had formed a very positive relationship with an
immigration lawyer in Atlanta who called him 2 months ago about a client of
hers that was looking to invest in a franchise.
The question was, “which franchise was the right one?”
Introductions were made and from the onset, Chris knew that this gentleman would hold him accountable and drive the process forward as he was ready to make an investment. As a good franchise broker would do, Chris took his client through a discovery process to learn what his strengths were, which franchise categories he was most interested in, what type of ownership model would fit his lifestyle, and how much money he would like to invest.
As an executive in the IT industry in Atlanta, his client wanted a passive ownership model so he could continue his full-time job until the business scales. Chris presented multiple concepts to his client but ultimately, the one that was most impressive and appeared to be the perfect fit was Your Pie.
With over 63 locations open to date and another 60+ in development, Your Pie has proven to be a brand on the rise. Chris’ client sees the potential to scale this brand and signed a 3-pack deal during the last week of March. Congratulations Chris!
The 3-Pack Deal That
Landed Another Referral.
And so the story doesn’t stop there. Chris’ client happened to be finishing up his MBA at Harvard during this time-frame and during his last face-to-face class, his client shared his news about his recent franchise investment.
The classmates were so impressed that they asked for his broker's contact information. On this day, that we are writing this article, Chris received his very first inquiry from one of his clients’ classmates. And so the next story begins.
We are looking for passionate people that want to improve their communities by changing the way people experience pizza.
