Footprints Floors Welcomes a New Franchisee to Texas Thanks to FBA Broker Jaime Sanchez.

This deal was the second one Jaime has closed for Footprints Floors, as he is very passionate about the company and its business model. The first client Jaime placed with Footprints Floors is happily running a multi-unit operation in San Antonio, Texas, giving Jaime a good reason to have faith in the brand. Beyond this, Jaime says, “I love the culture the team has created which leads to their strong validation. Truly, Footprints Floors is one of my favorite owner-operator concepts to present!” Jaime’s trust in the brand is what helps him place clients with Footprints Floors.

Not only does Footprints Floors have an impressive ramp-up time and ROI, but Jaime also speaks highly of the company’s Development Director, Brian Knuth. According to Jaime, Brian is a hard worker who is patient when working with clients throughout the franchisee process. During this particular deal, Jaime’s client was delayed in financing for around 4 to 5 months before the deal could close. After closing the deal, Jaime says his client is very excited to work with Footprints Floors and he predicts they will maintain the franchise for many years.

The Footprints Floors Franchisee Experience

Footprints Floors is a flooring franchise that offers floor restoration, hardwood, tiling, laminate, and vinyl. Part of what makes Footprints Floors different from other franchises is that they operate “home-based” franchises, meaning they have no storefronts that franchisees would have to pay to rent.

Customer satisfaction is Footprints Floors’ first priority. To make sure customers are always happy, Footprints Floors takes stress off their franchise owners. Franchise owners do not have to install floors, answer customer calls, schedule appointments, or generate new leads all on their own. A 4-step system helps educate and assist franchisees. Step 1 involves corporate programs that help franchise owners with website SEO, social media marketing, and finding leads. Step 2 provides franchisees with support for customer inquiries. Customers request work through a corporate call center, and a corporate representative then refers work to the franchise owners. Next, a job is planned with the customer, and a crew of subcontractors completes the work. In Step 4, the franchisee speaks to the customer to confirm satisfaction with the job and collect the customer’s payment.

What makes Footprints Floors an even more ideal company to franchise with is the high potential for sales and the affordability of the initial investment.

Note: We use the term “Franchise Broker” because it is the legal term for our profession. Others in the industry use “Franchise Consultants” which they self-define. We choose to use the legal term as we feel it’s more appropriate and clear. Consultants typically charge for services. Franchise Brokers are paid by the Seller, not the Buyer. There is no charge to the Buyer for our Franchise Broker services.
