Footprints Floors is a flooring franchise that offers floor restoration, hardwood, tiling, laminate, and vinyl. Part of what makes Footprints Floors different from other franchises is that they operate “home-based” franchises, meaning they have no storefronts that franchisees would have to pay to rent.
Customer satisfaction is Footprints Floors’ first priority. To make sure customers are always happy, Footprints Floors takes stress off their franchise owners. Franchise owners do not have to install floors, answer customer calls, schedule appointments, or generate new leads all on their own. A 4-step system helps educate and assist franchisees. Step 1 involves corporate programs that help franchise owners with website SEO, social media marketing, and finding leads. Step 2 provides franchisees with support for customer inquiries. Customers request work through a corporate call center, and a corporate representative then refers work to the franchise owners. Next, a job is planned with the customer, and a crew of subcontractors completes the work. In Step 4, the franchisee speaks to the customer to confirm satisfaction with the job and collect the customer’s payment.
