When we got the news that FBA’s COO & President, Chris Wall, received the recognition of HubSpot and an invitation to join their Customer Advisory Board, we couldn’t wait to tell you. Out of 180k HubSpot customers, only 20 get selected each year.

What does it mean to be on this board? Well, HubSpot offers customers a seat because it’s the customers who experience the product daily – who know what needs improvement. When they recognized Chris as someone with the expertise to help strengthen their system, they allowed FBA to have a stake in how we experience and grow our most powerful tool.

Chris has spent the better part of 16 years trying to find the most effective way to sell GOOD franchises – while using a CRM to do it. In his search, he experimented with several different systems, from the super small to overly complicated, always refining to find the right fit.

You quickly learn about all the things that make a CRM important – it must be cost effective, have good support, easy to navigate, and you shouldn’t have to spend your valuable time and effort developing it all,” Chris explained. This is precisely what HubSpot is for us at FBA, and why our BOS program is so successful.

Oftentimes, when a small business wonders which CRM to go with they look at cost as an issue – and they settle for one with less capabilities. But you don’t have to settle, you can have it all.

With BOS, our Brokers can take advantage of our powerful CRM and all the things we have learned over the years – you have both the FBA and HubSpot to back up your business.

Read about BOS and how one FBA Broker achieved scale in his business and took an actual vacation (yes, it’s possible) for the first time in years with the support of our program: https://www.franchiseba.com/scale-in-franchise-broker-business/

Who’s Passionate About Tech & Tools?

Chris Wall.

Data is a conversation Chris will always strike – KPIs, how things work, how to make them better, tracking metrics. Data, data, data. Now on the board, he will have more people to work with – amazing people who are very successful business owners.

We are exploring our own inner talents and strengths. Being a business owner, having the flexibility to run our business how we want to, and being different… that is so important. And as such, being recognized by HubSpot in that way–as a company who is paving our own path–is really cool.

FBA will learn from this opportunity, to be able to bring and influence our tool and help it grow better and stronger in the way we feel it should grow.

Your Future with FBA is Bright

Chris Wall is an integrator at heart, and we are so excited for this next chapter in FBA’s story. To work with and alongside HubSpot, a company that inspires us every day – well, that’s GOOD News.
