Franchise Connexion sells Intelligent Office
The FBA would like to congratulate Gregg and Cheryl Chiasson from  Franchise Connexion on successfully placing their candidates into an Intelligent Office franchise. The concept was purchased in the Boise, ID location by Roy Eiguren and his son Joseph.
When asked about why they they were interested in owning a franchise Roy tells FBA “Joe and I have had a long term interest in starting a family business together. Joseph was seeking an opportunity to be an entrepreneur with both long term financial rewards and a lifestyle that allowed him time to be with his family on the weekends and evenings. I wanted to help Joe achieve his objectives while giving me a source of revenue beyond my law practice, allowing me greater flexibility as I transition my practice to a group of younger firm partners.”
However, the challenge these candidates had was being able to find an opportunity that matched their goals. They had spent over 3 years searching and trying to find suitable fit, but always coming up short. After all this time they knew they needed assistance.
Not long after searching they discovered what a Franchise Broker is and how it could help. As it turned out a previous work associate was now representing hundreds of franchise concepts. Franchise Connexion was able to help to align their business search to accurately match their goals of owning a profitable business with traditional 9-5 hours.
“Having Gregg and Cheryl as our franchise brokers and consultants made all the difference in the world. Simply stated, we would have never met our objective of starting a new business without their help. Joe and I spent almost 3 years looking for an opportunity to acquire a new or start an existing business. After the first year of our search it became clear that we really needed the professional, unbiased advice and counsel we received from them.”
“They provided to us a wide range of franchise opportunities at the outset of our search. With their help we narrowed our search to franchises that were unique, had the potential for substantial financial rewards over the longer term, and provided us with the lifestyle we wanted. Intelligent Office meets those objectives and more.”
Intelligent office is a business that enjoys traditional 9-5 business hours – no nights or weekends. It’s a business to business environment that works with professional clients in a professional setting. They were first established in 1995 in Denver, CO. They are also seeing great growth potential as their market continues to grow.

Greg & Cheryl stop by during training to congratulate their candidates on their new Intelligent Office business.

“In simple terms, becoming an Intelligent Office franchisee required a substantial investment, but we were willing to make it given the phenomenal record of success that franchise has achieved since its start in 1995. We are the 62nd office in the franchise system and, to date, the 61 offices before us have all been successful – not a single one has failed! With that record it was a short step to take to make the acquisition.”
After their training Roy had this to say about working with Intelligent Office. “The corporate team at Intelligent Office has been invaluable to us as we start up our office. Every aspect of the build out of the our office, the selection and installation of the state of the art technology, and the training our of team of Intelligent Assistants has been superb. In our opinion, there isn’t a franchise around that provides the stellar level of support and guidance as IO.”
This perfectly helps to illustrate how franchising helps to mitigate the risks that are inherent in starting a new business.  Instead of going it alone and starting up a brand new business they were able to have the confidence to move forward with a tried and true business. They also can now rely on support and training that will provide them the flexibility they both were searching for.
“Gregg and Cheryl are first class professionals. They have our enthusiastic and unqualified endorsement!”
