Hallmark HomecareThe FBA is pleased to announce that Hallmark Homecare has been added to our inventory as a Featured Concept!
Recession resistant in booming industry and no organized competition!
Although Hallmark Homecare is in the ‘senior care’ industry, it is NOT a senior care agency franchise model. In fact, Hallmark Homecare (HHC) offers alternative options for families and their loved ones who are seeking non-medical in home care, and is actually a ‘recruiting’ business. HHC helps families by finding experienced caregivers for their loved ones through detailed case management and professional recruiting and extensive HR services. A caregiver that is recruited by HHC is then selected by the family and becomes a ‘direct hire’ of the family with the assistance of HHC with a one time ‘placement fee’’ paid to HHC.
Hallmark Homecare franchise owners operate a much more focused business than those running traditional senior care companies. In essence, our franchise owners “partner” with Hallmark Homecare in the marketing of senior care services and the delivery of quality direct-hire caregivers. The franchise owner’s business focuses on strategic marketing efforts, client lead generation, building a robust network of referral partners, and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients and client sources. Meanwhile, Hallmark Homecare HQ handles the extensive client and caregiver fulfillment processes including recruiting on behalf of the franchise owner, allowing the franchise owner to remain focused on the very things that make them money – networking, lead generation and follow-up.
