Franchise Consulting impacts people on a very personal level. It’s a big decision to strike out on your own and be your own boss. When franchisees use our consultants to find the right fit a deep personal connection is made.  I just received a message from one of our brokers, Sid Lee of Choice Franchise Advisors, who passed on this great example of the value we offer to this industry everyday.

“I had to share this with you as it really strikes to the heart of what we do every day.

I sent out fresh cut Christmas/Holiday wreaths to the new franchisees I placed last year and they must have been delivered today. I received two calls within an hour, one from a gentleman in Florida who purchased a BrightStar franchise and another in Connecticut who purchased The Cleaning Authority, thanking me for the wreaths.

Of course, I asked each of them how they were doing and both said they were doing very well, ramping up faster than expected, already past break even and raved about the support they receive from the franchisors. Needless to say, both were extremely happy with the decision they made and would do it again today. I could not have been happier for them.

This really made me feel like what I do IS very important and extremely satisfying.”

P.S. – One has passed my name on to his uncle (big time corporate lawyer) as he is looking to do something new and the other is already looking into buying more territory and a second franchise!”

The FBA is truly all things franchising but our strongest asset is our people. Good, ethical and hardworking people impacting people’s lives everyday. Well done Sid.
