At the heart of every Olympic team is the commitment to put in whatever reps necessary to achieve greatness.

This philosophy of consistent, focused effort is what we at FBA embrace as one of our guiding principles. And just like Olympic athletes, our team understands the importance of both leading and following, adapting roles as needed for the success of the whole.

Nobody believes that the world’s greatest are born at the top of the podium.

An essential aspect of an Olympic team’s training involves preparing for potential obstacles. They practice not just for the perfect scenario but for every possible challenge. Take the example of Michael Phelps, whose victories were often in the face of unforeseen difficulties like losing goggles, earplugs popping out, objects in water, uniform too tight or too loose, temperature changes – you name it. His success was not born from flawless sessions but from his ability to adapt and persist.

At FBA, we don’t allow setbacks to dominate our mindset. Rather, we focus on overcoming weaknesses, viewing them as opportunities for growth and improvement. Our team consistently seeks to push our abilities further, recognizing and respecting the talents within ourselves and our competitors, and using that as fuel to improve our own skills.

In this spirit, we’re extending a call to our members and to those seeking a dynamic, powerhouse association. We’re inviting in professionals who aren’t affected by fear or the hard work and dedication required to achieve the greatness we know lives inside.

What Does Dedication Look Like in Practice?

It’s engaging deeply with the opportunities we offer. It’s asking the tough questions, not shying away from challenges. It’s actively participating in mentoring sessions, investing time and energy to attend in-person events to experience the full benefits of our community. It’s sharing your stories with our team so you can continue being a thread in the story we’re weaving.

By going above and beyond, you contribute to the momentum of our team – helping us reach and uplift more top-performing franchise professionals. Every additional effort, every extra mile traveled, adds to our strength and pushes us closer to our shared goals.

This commitment is what sets our team apart. It’s the difference between doing a job and excelling in a career, between running a business and leading an industry.

We recognize that not everyone is ready or willing to embrace this level of dedication, and that’s okay. But for those who are, the path to becoming an ‘Olympian’ in franchising is clear. And it begins with training at FBA.
