Everyone has a podcast these days. It’s all the rage, and since we’re in the franchise industry it would make sense for us to have a franchise podcast. 

So why are we doing a podcast on leadership instead?

We have this incredible community of members that we want everyone to know about. And because they are so bright, we want them to shine at their full potential.  

Doing a podcast just about franchising didn’t seem like it was enough to capture the message we were called to share – a message about leadership, courage, and the advancement of human potential. If you’re interested in what that means, you can read our article series here. 

So though our message is bigger than franchising, it is still rooted in the soil of franchising.  

The franchise industry is where we see the most healthy, successful, independent, and thriving leaders in the US. It’s the place where company cultures are not based on soulless goals for domination but rather based on leadership. These are tenacious professionals, impacting the lives of those they work alongside and those they serve within the community.

Franchising is creating a new crop of healthy leaders (this is key) who are balanced in their lives, are thriving in their success, and are free from the stress of doing it all alone.  

This industry is such a powerful ecosystem to be a part of because it gives those who choose it, all the best in life – independence, freedom, financial rewards, great cultures, a legacy, generational wealth, and doing good for their communities.

Franchising is the perfect soil for this podcast to root, because it’s where leaders grow. 

Naming FBA’s First Podcast

So what is the podcast called? Well, this might shock you – and that’s kind of the point.

Here’s a little background before I give you the name.  

Our community is all about healing. We focus on overcoming fear, believing in people, bringing out the best in them, and helping them realize their full potential. And we know that none of that can occur when people are stuck in the fear and pain of the mind-full of ego. 

Traditionally, the word “mindful” is used in a positive, enlightening context. But the title of our podcast will challenge you to see it in a different light. 

The podcast is called, The Mindless Leader – Getting Out Of Your Head And Into The Zone.

It’s all about clearing the head trash that is weighing you down and stepping into your full potential as a present leader. A leader who leads with light, love, and awareness – NOT the ego, not mind ”full.”

Applying “Mindless” to Franchising

Do you know the impact of helping your candidates get out of their heads, leave behind their fears and act out of knowing?

Imagine what the franchise award process would look like if you and your candidates were so in tune, that you both knew exactly what brands were a match and exactly what information was required to make a decision. Once the information was offered, the decision was made, period.

Are You Ready for Ultimate Presence?

I know, it’s a risky topic, and it requires a certain amount of courage to be a Mindless Leader, but the task of taking on fear is the point.

If you aren’t willing to take on fear, you aren’t ready to be a true leader, but I believe you are ready. I believe you can get out of your head. I believe you can let go of the small thinking that binds you to the fear, limitation, and lack all around us and step into your authority as a Mindless Leader who leads with the power of presence. 

Above all else, learning how to get out of your head and lead with presence is the one thing that can completely change your life for the better, take away all your suffering, and allow you to be totally free wherever you are. There is a way to do this, and this podcast teaches how. 

We are so excited to launch this podcast and accompanying book. It gives us an opportunity to share the essence of the leaders in this community. It allows us to talk about their motivations and how they are different from the mind-full of ego brokers out there. It allows us to help buyers see that intangible specialness that our brokers provide that makes such a difference in the outcomes for our buyers. It allows us to highlight franchises with thriving cultures and inspiring leadership. It allows us to speak about moving beyond fear and into potential, opportunity, and freedom.

And WOW is that fun?
