People Among Us: Bringing Some Color to the Creativity of Kourtney Kopp, FBA’s Copywriter

For our next “People Among Us,”feature, we’re shining the spotlight on a person whose creativity has likely touched your FBA experience in one way or another. Meet Kourtney Kopp, FBA’s Copywriter!

While Kourtney may not be in the frontlines interacting with our clients on the daily, her intention to do GOOD in franchising is felt in every piece of communication that comes from us – be it emails, articles, videos, social posts, you name it.

Yes, she even wrote this article – please ignore me writing about myself in the 3rd person. But let’s go further than this.

Who is Kourtney Outside of Just her Work?

Here’s a fun fact many in our office enjoy. Over the past 18 months, she has not repeated a single outfit in the office, embodying a fresh perspective and look each day. Kourtney’s sense of style is nothing short of an extension of her creativity.

More than that, having grown up in a Navy family, Kourtney has moved over 12 times in her life,  including a long stint in Europe. These experiences have fostered a love and appreciation for diverse cultures, cuisines, and life experiences. Every place she has lived holds a special place in her heart and has shaped her into the person she is today. But interestingly, despite her travels to over 15 countries, Kourtney is a homebody at heart, finding joy and comfort in the coziness of her quaint one bed apartment. Who can relate?

In her role as copywriter, Kourtney not only aims to inform but also to entertain and offer a fresh perspective through her communications.

I’m stepping out of 3rd person here to say that this is a fun role for me. I love being in an industry that celebrates and supports people chasing their dreams of business ownership, and I love getting to be a voice that brings clarity there.
