One of our global business development directors, Pete Sorensen, really shook up the office last week. We had a development meeting where we discussed his potential and all the different business lines on which we would like his insight. Pete is an extremely talented and intelligent individual.  He jumped up to the plate, arranged several programs, rallied the team and is already implementing the suggested changes. I love seeing the team collaboration and powerful programs he is putting in place already. It’s very exciting. Great job, Pete, for being a super star this week!
