Ride. Rep. Revive. That’s the SPENGA franchise experience.

With over 90 locations sold and one of the fastest growing boutique studio franchises available today, SPENGA’s franchise concept has been designed to give its clientele base the “Best. Workout. Ever”.

SPENGA’s custom workouts deliver a combination of spin, strength, and yoga in every 60-minute session, and is designed to help improve endurance, strength, and flexibility. Not only that, but their music selections are custom DJ inspired playlists to keep you motivated throughout each segment of your workout.

The boutique fitness market is one of the fastest growing segments in the fitness industry today. According to Goldman Sachs, “For Millennials, wellness is a daily, active pursuit. They’re exercising more, eating smarter, and smoking less than previous generations… And this is one space (boutique fitness studios) where they’re willing to spend money on compelling brands.”

Yes, SPENGA certainly meets the criteria of a “compelling brand” that has differentiated itself in its customized workouts.

The SPENGA Workout:

So, let’s break-down the SPENGA “WERK-out.” It consists of three 20-min segments of spin, strength, & yoga.

Ride it like you stole it

Firstly, the “ride” part.  The SPENGA franchise has recently introduced performance tracking software that allows each client to find their “sweet spot.”

What does that mean? Well, it works like this. Each client performs a 2-min personal threshold test, pushing it as hard as they can, to establish their “sweet spot.” Once they find it, the client tracks their workout against that “sweet spot” for each spin class in the given month. This program creates accountability and is displayed on a screen so you know how hard you should be working at any given time during class.

Secondly, the “rep” part. This is where you focus on 20-mins of circuit style HIIT strength training – 20-seconds on and 20 seconds off. And this continues the full 20-min portion of strength. If a client is a regular, each day a new strength workout is given so boredom and repetition is not a concern.

Instructors are provided the workouts by SPENGAs corporate office; each has been professionally designed so no matter which SPENGA you visit in the U.S., they will be doing the same workout!

Thirdly, the “revive” part. From our perspective, this is the portion that all other boutique fitness studio concepts are missing out on. Most fitness concepts will do a 5-min cool down with some quick stretches but none take the time to hold deep stretch poses that only a mini yoga session can give you, like SPENGA does.

During this segment you are still working those muscles and gaining much-needed flexibility to continue to live healthy lives, while bringing that heart rate down during an extended cool down session.

Who is an ideal SPENGA franchise owner?

The SPENGA franchise concept has been designed with the consumers’ needs in mind. And they are wanting to share this results-driven, uplifting, unique, fitness experience with as many individuals as possible… including finding the perfect franchise owners to further help spur their growth!

SPENGA is looking for leaders & visionaries. Prospects that have strong leadership skills and a willingness to learn. Fitness experience is not a requirement, but having a passion for fitness is a plus. Owner involvement can range from 100% involved to passive ownership; it’s up to the owner.
