Looking for Your Super Bowl Moment in the Advancement of Human Potential

Fun fact: did you know the Kansas City Chiefs claimed the Super Bowl win the night before my first day at FBA? Growing up, those Chiefs games were a study in heartbreak.

As I watched my dad cry tears of joy, I couldn’t help but think, “Get ready, Katey, your own winning season is about to kick off.

Shortly after I joined the FBA as a Sales Coordinator, I was calling prospects in the chaos of a pandemic. Most prospects weren’t thrilled to hear from me.

We could have hung up our headsets, but we pivoted. Together with Sabrina, we created talk tracks that resonated with the pulse of the times. This allowed us to focus on brands that didn’t only survive, but soared. I also found myself writing the Coordinator Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Now, as the Office Manager, I’ve expanded my role to write SOPs for the entire team. But here’s the kicker: it’s a group effort. Collaboration is key in crafting these vital guides.

These aren’t your run-of-the-mill procedural manuals; they’re guides for growth. Documenting our processes has been a game-changer, reducing Coordinator training time from five days to three. That’s rapid results (one of FBA’s core values). New hires don’t just “do tasks”; they make an immediate impact.

When I talk about the Advancement of Human Potential, I’m not spouting buzzwords. Take my daughter Sophie, for instance. At 14 months, she’s a bundle of potential in action. She’s learning new words and exploring the world. As of yesterday, she’s jiggling door handles — yikes!

And my husband, Alex? His journey has been nothing short of spectacular, especially since becoming a dad.

You may wonder, “Great for you, but what’s in it for me?” Everything, my friend.

FBA’s mission is in perfect alignment with unlocking your potential. Imagine sparking a fire that never goes out—that fire is you.

Take One Step Today

What’s your next play? Consider this your own personal Super Bowl moment. Take one step, even if it’s small, to unlock your potential today. It could be to explore our treasure trove of resources, or take five minutes to reflect on your goals. Every step counts, and you’re setting up for future wins.

As a lifelong learner (and Chiefs fan), I know this much is true: no dry spell lasts forever. With the right plays and an unyielding spirit, victory isn’t only possible; it’s assured.

Ready to be part of something extraordinary? Let’s join forces and turn limitless potential into our new normal. The sky’s not even the limit—let’s shoot for the stars!
