National Recalls is a franchise that seeks to help doctors’ offices create a better patient experience for clients coming into the office.  They help to facilitate this by providing administrative services for medical practices. They believe that office staff function more effectively when they are available to tend to the patients in front of them and don’t have to handle the bulk of administrative duties. Angela Fisher, the founder and CEO, says, “There has to be a balance. There is hardly enough time for everyone to handle everything effectively.”
“We generate revenue for doctors by calling their patients and reminding them when it’s time to schedule their next appointment. We also lend relief to their staff by answering their incoming phone calls, making daily confirmation calls, running social media campaigns, and conducting patient satisfaction interviews. Using our services allows the in-house staff to focus on the patient in the office, while at the same time insuring all back office duties are still taken care of properly. This creates a better patient experience on the front end, and increases productivity and profitability on the back end.”
Prior to franchising her business, Angela ran the company for over 5 years and was servicing several offices. The business reached a point where she had to expand. Angela took a long look at the company and saw that, with the processes and knowledge she had built, franchising was the next logical step. She then spent the next two years building the revenue foundation and scalability aspects of the business.
As a franchise, National Recalls is completely scalable and can work for many different types of franchisee candidates. “The business can be run either by yourself or on a much larger scale where you hire out several people to assist hundreds of offices. The potential and the market is there for both. Right now this is an $884 billion a year industry. Baby boomers and changes in healthcare have been pushing this growth over the last decade and the upswing is only going to continue. This side of the healthcare industry has even proved to resist any economic downturns! People will always need to visit the doctor, whether that be for a general checkup, an eye exam, a teeth cleaning, or bringing their animals to the vet! There is money to be made in healthcare.
National Recalls’ first franchisee was an acquaintance of Angela’s from college, Amanda Bayer from Houston, Texas. Amanda was frustrated with her corporate job where she felt that she was continually working on a treadmill for other people’s goals. She wanted a change and started looking. That was when she heard about National Recalls. Amanda has now been working for a little over a year and was billing her clients over 80 hours a week after just 2-3 months.

Angela helps her franchisees by doing the selling for them. They simply need to run the business.  National Recalls is focusing on looking for prospects in the Sunbelt area of the United States. Her strategy for acquiring new prospects includes developing relationships with franchise consultants at the FBA, attending franchise trade shows, and utilizing social media.

“My experience as a National Recalls owner has been life-changing. I was given ample support and guidance every step of the way, Angela and her team made the process fun and the systems they provide really work. I’m proud to say I’m a business owner and even more so to be a part of the National Recalls family!”
