Based on the popular “speed dating” model, each conference attendee will spend at least five minutes seated in front of the exhibitor’s space, listening to a brief presentation. At the end of the five minutes, a signal will indicate that attendees should move on to the next exhibit. This format ensures that exhibitors and attendees have guaranteed face time with each other.
