New Franchisees Seal Franchise Deal in Houston

New Franchisees

Home Clean Heroes is excited to welcome new franchisees to their family after working with the Franchise Brokers Association. Congratulations are in order for FBA Broker Brenan Compretta, who will be awarded a $40,000 referral fee for the multi-territory franchise purchase in the Houston, Texas area. Home Clean Heroes says that they are proud to be working with FBA and to have another deal to announce. Brenan’s enthusiasm and great work communicating with his candidates played a large role in the closure of this deal, and through this placement, Brenan joins the Buzz Franchise Brands Buzz Board as a Dealmaker.

The deal was awarded just last week and marks Home Clean Heroes’ first territory in Houston, but their second in the Lone Star state. The new franchise owners will be opening in early 2022 and will join their fellow Texan in McKinney/DFW, who is opening their franchise in September.

The new franchisee husband and wife dynamic duo will transition out of their corporate jobs, and say that they were initially drawn to Home Clean Heroes because of the distinct difference in branding for such a simple and popular concept. Once getting to know Home Clean Heroes, this husband and wife team knew that the model of support that the company provides as part of the Buzz Franchise Brands family had been proven, along with other Buzz concepts.

New Franchise to Bring Convenience to the Community

One of the biggest draws to Home Clean Heroes for the husband and wife duo is the scalability of the brand, as well as the transparency from the corporate team during their discovery process at Meet The Team Day. This duo is looking forward to their launch in early 2022. They expressed their passion about serving the families in their community by giving them time back from home cleaning, as well as empowering their employees.

Home Clean Heroes still has 10 territories available in Houston, and this is just a fraction of the hundreds of territories available nationwide. Part of the Buzz Franchise Brands family, Virginia Beach, Virginia based Home Clean Heroes is getting noticed as a premier residential cleaning franchise focused on delivering consistent, high-quality services. The brand has recently been ranked #6 on Franchise Gator’s Top Emerging Franchises list, as well as #12 on their Fastest Growing Franchises list. With proven lead generation and conversion strategies paired with best in class technology and systems, Home Clean Heroes is disrupting the residential cleaning service category. Franchise Brokers Association looks forward to working with the brand to bring Home Clean Heroes to markets across the country.

Note: We use the term “Franchise Broker” because it is the legal term for our profession. Others in the industry use “Franchise Consultants” which they self-define. We choose to use the legal term as we feel it’s more appropriate and clear. Consultants typically charge for services. Franchise Brokers are paid by the Seller, not the Buyer. There is no charge to the Buyer for our Franchise Broker services.
