Footprints Floors is a successful franchise system with a low investment (starting at $68,130), with outstanding economics, average revenues of $747,401 with a quick ROI. All of their owners are home-based and do not complete any of the jobs themselves- they hire subcontractors and oversee that all jobs are completed. In addition, as a Footprints Floors Franchise Owner from day one, you will receive lead generation assistance and a corporate call center allowing you to focus on revenue-generating activities!

Read this new interview with Footprint Floors and FBA Broker Jaime Sanchez as he discusses their new placement in San Marcos, TX with Eduardo Reyes.

What made you think of showing your client Footprints Floors?
My client is actually a good friend of mine which made finding brands to present that much harder! He was looking for a lean business with minimal employees, scalability, and great economics- Footprints Floors checked pretty much all of his boxes.

What was your clients background?
My client recently spent the last 4-5 years as a banker. He has been looking for a new opportunity for awhile, but it wasn’t until he started learning about Footprints Floors that he felt ready to make the leap.

What was the turning point that made him fully commit to Footprints Floors?
He actually started the process in January/February and then the pandemic happened. He decided at that time to pause the process, but he continued to receive drip emails from the brand highlighting their Owners success during COVID-19. The emails led him to reengage and now here we are!

What do you personally like about Footprints Floors?
I like what my client liked about the business. It’s a lean model, great Item 19, low investment, very scalable. I also enjoyed the extremely streamlined process Raintree has and working with Development Director, Brian Knuth. I will keep this one in my pocket moving forward, especially for individuals looking at multi-unit opportunities because I know this is a great option with a lot of value.

Note: We use the term “Franchise Broker” because it is the legal term for our profession. Others in the industry use “Franchise Consultants” which they self-define. We choose to use the legal term as we feel it’s more appropriate and clear. Consultants typically charge for services. Franchise Brokers are paid by the Seller, not the Buyer. There is no charge to the Buyer for our Franchise Broker services.
