Taking care of an elderly loved one can be a stressful task, especially when it comes to making important decisions about their well-being. Senior Care Authority, a company that provides a concierge-based support system in the senior industry, was created for this reason. With the help of certified Senior Advisors and Dementia Practitioners, the company provides families with compassion and expertise to help them make decisions.

Since it first opened in 2014, Senior Care Authority has expanded nationwide. More recently, it’s been franchised to open a new location in Nashville, Tennessee, with the help of the Franchise Brokers Association.

Franchise Brokers Association Helped Senior Care Authority Expand

FBA Broker Andrew Stokely was brought onto this recent project to assist a candidate who was looking to franchise within the senior care placement space. Out of three brands the candidate was initially considering, Senior Care Authority seemed like the best choice.

“It was evident early on that SCA was a step ahead of the others. Frank Samson and Laura Batts took the time to help answer questions and educate the candidate on why SCA was a great fit,” explains Stokely.

Stokely thinks for anyone looking to franchise in this industry, SCA is a great opportunity due to:

  • Expansion in an unsaturated market
  • A team of certified and educated staff
  • Advocacy for families and coaching
  • Improvement to people’s lives on a personal level

He also explained why franchising with Senior Care Authority is worthwhile for franchisees.

“If you are looking for a great concept that provides a tremendous amount of support through the discovery process, huge territories, and a commitment to helping candidates from start to close, then SCA should be at the top of your list.”
