This is it folks. Time for the holidays! I usually spend some time looking back and reflecting on what really happened over the course of the past 365 days. This year has been such an exciting year for me and all of us here at the FBA. Of course the first thing that comes to my mind is that Sabrina and I now have our second son. Kinda hard to forget that one, but looking back at all that we’ve been able to accomplish in those days I’m really astonished.
I find that when you’re constantly growing and developing it’s easy to be so hyper focused on where you want to be that you forget where you’ve been. We can’t forget our victories though as they keep us motivated and inspired to continue on.
Here is a brief wrap up of some of those victories.

Train

We did major work on our Business Opportunity, Franchise Training Institute.  We revamped the training manual and have initiated a monthly event wherein our new brokers get to experience their first networking opportunity out in the community with their Broker Relations Manager. Also, the new website is also 90% complete and will be launched first thing in January.

Support

At FBA I’m excited to have finally launched our new Members website! This system is truly the first of its kind. For me the exciting thing is that it is just now awakening and will only continue to develop over 2015. Our goals with the site are broad but our focus remains solely on connecting our members with franchise buyers. Quickly and easily.
When January gets here you’ll be seeing a freshly designed home page in the Members site. One that will greatly improve upon our connect features and provide a fresh new experience.
Due to how robust we have made our Franchise database just after our launch we improved upon our existing Franchise Comparison Tool. Our brokers are now able to build custom comparison reports on ANY of a franchise details and brand it with their corporate logo- in seconds! This type of innovation will obviously continue in great strides throughout 2015, and we have many exciting plans. (Look out webinars you’re gonna see some upgrades too!)

Connect

We had our best International Franchise Broker Conference and Expo ever! We had a record number of Franchises and Brokers who attended. We’re still getting in emails and stories from our members about their experiences. We have also released our videos from this year’s conference! Be sure to check them both out. We look forward to seeing everyone again next November!

Invest

We’ve fully launched and executed on FranVest Management and have imminent openings with our first investors. Through our team’s hard work and worldwide travel we have also setup our network of migration agents in 23 countries. These accomplishments are just the beginning for FranVest who has a growing line of Investors who are in various stages of entering our unique EB-5 program.
