Dear FBA Members,

A new era is approaching for the Franchise Brokers Association, and I am thrilled to share an exciting development that has been years in the making – the launch of our new Member’s Site.

On September 30th, 2023, FBAMembers.com as you know it will completely change. But before we get into what you can expect, I want to take a moment to reflect on our journey, the challenges we’ve conquered, and the innovation that has fueled our relentless pursuit of excellence.

FBA’s Foundations and Milestones

For the past 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading FBA’s technological advancements, always with your needs at the forefront of my mind and efforts. When we launched the current website in 2014, it was a significant step in our technological evolution.

We successfully pioneered the integration of a CRM into our member platform – which was not just about technological advancement, but about enhancing your daily operational experience. Similarly, intertwining Territory Check and Formal Registration data with active candidates aimed at giving you an edge in the franchise sales process.

Your invaluable feedback over the years became the roadmap to our many upgrades and enhancements, and thus it has been our mandate to constantly challenge the status quo.

However, innovation often brought its set of challenges. As we stretched our goals, there were times when our technology struggled to keep pace. The issue of speed has been something we’ve taken seriously in this rebuild. These moments, though trying, reinforced our commitment to delivering a robust and efficient platform.

Earlier this year, our dedication to collaboration was evident. Rolling out the public beta version of FBAMembers.com, we leaned on you to critique, advise, and help us refine.

Your feedback was central to our modifications, leading us to fine-tune aspects of the platform to align better with your expectations.

A Peek Into What the Future Looks Like

As we inch closer to September 30th, we are all waiting in anticipation and excitement. This isn’t merely a website launch but a step forward in our collective journey of growth and innovation. The array of features and enhancements have been designed with a clear focus: serving you better.

In the build-up to the launch, we are excited to share weekly updates on various aspects of the new site. Over the next few weeks, look out for:

I encourage you to stay connected as we roll out these insights.

And before signing off, I want to thank each and every one of our members for your support, feedback, and partnership. You have been instrumental in this endeavor.

Here’s to ushering in a new chapter in the FBA story, grounded in professionalism and brightened by the promise of what lies ahead.

To our future,

Chris Wall
President, FBA
