The owners of FranVest ManagementPeter Wolf, Eric Riess, and yours truly – recently headed to the Dallas-Fort Worth area to meet some new potential franchisors for the managed service product. FranVest Management, an affiliate of the FBA,  runs franchises for investors.

We are very picky about the franchises we select because our business model is one where we only make a profit if we can run the franchise profitably. This creates a vested interest in the management and success of the franchised locations.

Only certain franchise brokers are allowed to offer this managed service product. It requires special training and certification in order to understand all the regulatory compliances. For those franchise brokers, it gives them a considerable competitive advantage.

The franchises we visited in Texas were Pie Five, Wingstop and Jersey Mike’s. We were quite impressed with all the franchises and they fit our goals well. This was our first meeting with them, but the franchisors made it special. We are looking forward to getting you more news as it develops on this topic. To all the Franchise Immigration Specialists we say, “Partners, this is gonna be a better than a rodeo!” More awesome franchises is great news for the whole gang.
