The FBA is proud to announce that the Outdoor Living Brands franchise concept Mosquito Squad has been named as one of America's Fastest Growing Companies by INC. Magazine for the 5th Consecutive Year!

This award puts them into an exclusive club where they join an elite group of only 14 privately held firms that have sustained this level of growth for over five years!
Mosquito Squad, or "The Squad," has a three-year sales growth of 198% percent and an Inc. 5,000 ranking of 1,980. Like all of the Outdoor Living Brand concepts they focus on, well, the outdoors! The Squad's particular niche specializes in eliminating mosquitoes and ticks from outdoor living spaces. The company operates more than 180 locations in 32 states and the District of Columbia and, in 2015, opened new service areas in Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
They are looking to grow territories specifically in Oklahoma and Florida. They still have territories available in Ohio, Illinois, and Nebraska to name a few.

They are the ones who earned it. They are the reason why were growing.”
Shemar Pucel works very closely with the FBA and our brokers to help educate our members on the OLB concepts. When we heard about achieving such amazing success we called her up to celebrate! In speaking with her she shared that their success is a direct reflection of the hard work and dedication of their franchisees. "We are really all one big family. You can feel the energy at our annual conference. We share stories, best practices and just catch up with our friends. It's a great time."
Of course, a good franchisee depends on the guidance and assistance of the franchisor. In the case of Outdoor Living Brands they are very careful about how they grow. Shemar says "With each unit we sell, we grow our support. It's core to our franchise model. Sales take a back seat and we focus on our support. It's amazing how fast Mosquito Squad has grown since we don't focus much of our attention on sales. A lot of franchisors will spend hundreds of thousands of dollars trying to sell thier brand. We do the opposite. We spend hundreds of thousands of dollars growing tools and resources to help our franchisees."
Outdoor Living Brands and the FBA have been partners for several years now and have grown many territories by working directly with FBA Franchise Consultants. They attended our annual conference, work extraordinary well with our franchise consultants, and their franchisees validate well. It was great to hear Shemar tell us "We think you guys are amazing. The FBA is definitely one of our favorite broker groups. Megan and everyone at the FBA is so dynamic. We brought our VP of Operations to the conference for the first time in 2014, and thought the same thing. We find that FBA candidates are qualified, educated, and a pleasure to work with. It's been very helpful to promote our brand to the brokers and I'm seeing a good response. I can share videos, blog posts, and promote our webinars. You don't have to mass mail brokers and the social dashboard makes it easy! We don't get much response from emails anyway. I think many brokers' inboxes are just inundated with promotional emails."

Our representative, Tricia Charles, has had a great year working with Jane Stein from Your Franchise is Waiting. Tricia handles Mosquito Squad franchise recruitment specifically. She hit her 100th franchise last year and this year alone is closing in on 200! The three of us are a great team that makes sure the whole process is moving smoothly."
